I applied for an upgrade in January 2013 for an i-phone 5 16gb (which I was told was fine) they said they didn't have stock. I phoned every week to check on availability. I got a phone call yesterday 12-3-13 to be told my phone is there. I told them I was coming that day to upgrade. I was then told that this was for new customers only and I didn't apply. When I offered to cancel my contract and get a new one I was told I couldn't keep my number. I have been watiing 3 months only to be denied at the end. Nobody (even head office) can tell me if and when I can get an I-phone 5 16gb on upgrade
