Poor call centre management

Mtn is just so irritating. Their 808 number might as well be closed because its of NO use.

I am a contract subscriber with them and I so wish I should not have upgraded with them. Incorrect billing, incorrect data bundles top-up. Incorrect everything. They are so big they have lost touch with their customers. There is no sense of urgency in that organisation.

Disappointed for years!!!
