On 21 December I logged a complaint on this site complaining about incorrect billing since September. A lady called Veronica responded with Request Number 3064786 promising to sort my problems out and to be in contact with me. I have subsequently logged several follow up calls and have not received any joy. I have been told that my bundles have now been corrected to reflect the contract but I have not received and kind of credit against my account for incorrect billing since September - even though MTN acknowledged that they made a mistake with the loading of my bundles. I can not be 100% sure that my bundles have been loaded correctly as nobody can confirm exactly what has been loaded and if I call *162? it shows as of today 553 meg of data and 180 mins free airtime which is not correct. Please confirm that my package has been loaded correctly and what correctly means in terms of data, call time and text messages and then please process the credit which is due to me. The latest reference for calls I logged with 808 is Ref 108208876. Regards
