Since Dec 2012 I being receiving incorrect billing and tried to get this corrected with no luck till today 26/09/2013 I still get incorrect billing even after compiled spreadsheet showing minthly billing and how much I paid. They have advice me to pay only what is due to them as they busy resolving the issue by doing reconcilliation. I am frustate since in August she promised to resolve the problem but to my suprise last week recieved same incorrect billign even after they said they have reverse the incorrect charges. Where to take them becuase trafalgar is hiring incompetence debt collector by name of Christian Botha and her superiours.
