I tried to book my faulty iPhone with the North Gate Branch of MTN SP yesterday. They told me they no longer accept phones for repairs and that I had to call the MTN SP Call centre at 083 123 6084. Yesterday between 16h00 and 17h00 I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to get through to the call centre but with no success. Today, I have already spent about 20 minutes on the phone trying to get through but there was no answer. Why is it easy for MTN to accept our premiums every month but difficult to assist us when we have problems with our phones?
