International company cant answer their Phones!!!

I have an urgent query about my flight and they just don't answer their phones! Yesterday I held on the line for 18 minutes and today 15 minutes and again 10 minutes!!! I want my money back I spent on the phone waiting for nothing! Please contact me urgently! And its NOT a toll free number! that's a lie!
