After sending a detailed complaint re little to no network reception to CellC Direct, also supplying them with my office number, in case they do not get through to me, i received the following, on 19 September 2013. I sent them another reply mail with my office number, yet have not heard from them since. PLEASE ADVISE THE NEXT LEVEL TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT TO?
