Since yesterday I tried to get hold of the call centre. I have a claim related query. Have faxed my claim form to 011 912 5122. I hold on for 15 minutes, no one answers, i can hear how they put me back into the queue. I need to know what else they need for the claim, and how long will I wait for my claim to be paid. IF THEY CAN JUST CALL ME BACK OR ANSWER THEIR PHONES.
