Phones still not blacklisted

I have been trying to call you call centre for over a week to blacklist my phones. everytime the call gets disconnected becasue there are no available agnets. last went to East gate shopping centre yesterday wher they caled the call centre but still did not get help as they say they having technical issues in blacklisting the phones. the mtn service big times.. just to blacklist phones is dragging and very fustrating process.
