I lodged an insurance claim online on the 15th/16 January 2014. I have received an sms confirming receipt of the claim. The sms states that I should call the call centre if i do not hear from a consultant in 2 days (48 Hours). I have called on three occassions now with no success, the first call i waited 10 minutes, second call 20 minutes and today, 23.01.2014 i spent another 12 minutes waiting for a consultant to answer.
This is really poor service, I expect better from ABSA.
