So I've had the worst ADSL connection over the past 4-5 months, the line runs approx 10-15 % packet loss.
Apparently there was congestion in the DSLAM which telkom had no intention to fix regardless that this is a paid for service, (still to be confirmed by telkom). There call centre's and agents dont provide any feedback and its a total waste calling the,
I logged a complain on hello peter in november with ref ARS:215903, got a reply mail that someone will get back to me. It's been over 2 months and numerous mails sent through requesting a response any still nothing.
I need CONCLUSIVE feedback ASAP.
