Samsung Software Upgrades - MTN way behind

Hi there, I recently visited the Samsung Care Centre to upgrade the software on my Samsung Galaxy S2. When they upgraded it to the latest version, the internet, basic use of the phone and major standard applications did not work. This was explained as a fault with all Galaxy S2 phones on the MTN network. All other networks were fine when this upgrade was done. The technicians showed me a phone were an upgrade was done and all was fine- this was on a phone on the Vodacom network.

I don't envisage MTN acting on this or fixing it as I have become accustomed to shoddy service from them. Besides being the most expensive network your service to customers is below par. I will be moving over to another service provider as this is intolerable.
