My parents immigrated back overseas. Before leaving they went to Vodacom Fourways branch to cancel their contracts on both lines 0726622992 and 0828669407. They paid R2, 400.51 on the 25th June for the premature cancellation, signed all the necessary documents and were reassured everything is done. We also have email proof from cancellation department with ref number from EZEQUIEL MAMABOLO that the cancellation for both lines are processed. My parents are still being charged and we continued receiving invoices for July, Aug and now September. I went to Fourways branch to try and find out what is going on but after waiting on a long que I was told that they have no access to accounts and I have to call the call centre. Let me not say how many times I was transfered, got cut off and so forth but eventually I spoke to a lady who informed me that the cancellation request is on the system but was never processed and she will call me to let me know what is happening when she gets hold of Ezequiel. Since noone called, I called the call centre again yesterday and requested that a manager contacts me urgently, they have requested manager from admin to call me-NOONE HAS CALLED YET.
