I received a telephone call from which I presume is a call centre of Vodacom with a number starting with 031...
The gentleman tried to confince me to take out insurance on the new contract phone I took out... the blackberry 9720.. I explained to him that I have 3 contracts with Vodacom and cant afford additional expences as i am not working... the more I exolain the more he said I understand BUT... and then he just kept going... as last resort I said to him don't you hear what im telling you... he then pulled an attitude and rudely said I will make a note at Vodacom and dropped the phone in my ear... if I wanted insurance I would've taken it out when I took out the contract... I feel if this is the way how call centre people are talking to us as customers we will go look for an other service provider...
