I have to compliment Web Africa as well as Telkom in a whole on their prompt and efficient service. I have heard of people waiting up to three months from order date to date of their service being activated. From the day that I ordered the service on the evening of Mon 9 Sept. Telkom came on Wed 11 Sept to do the line installation. and today on Fri 13 Sept at /- 13:15 my ADSL subscription was activated
I want to in particular single out the young technician that came to my house to do the line installation. His name is Lolo who is a technician in Queenspurgh / Pinetown area. He was willing to guide me through the process with a smile on his face. A true gentleman who loves his work
