I applied for an ADSL Line to be installed. I went through the call centre which was actually surprising pleasant. then I got an SMS asking me to reply YES if I could be home all day on the 20th for the actual installation. I replied YES - took leave - but on the day no one bothered to come through. then I got another SMS saying installation will take place on the 30th - and its an all day event so please be home all day. I took another days leave - and again no one bothered to come and do the installation. Telkom has now cost me two days leave so I would like two months free on my Telkom account. plus I would like someone to contact me so I can take get another day's leave so that Telkom an complete the installation.
