I have requested R10 airtime and agreed to the terms of paying and extra R1-00 admin fee for this leisure as I ran out of airtime and needed to reload again via cellph banking. I have not even used the airtime advance but they just take the the R11 before I could use the R10 advance, AM I STUPED OR WHAT AS HOW DOES THIS WORK, I WOULD SAY IF I PAID FOR THIS I SHOULD HAVE RIGHT??? CAN SOME CLEVER PERSON EXPLAIN TO ME WHY I CANNOT HAVE THE AITIME THAT I BOUBHT AND NOT YET USED???
