Vodacom have something so called airtime advance. You qualify for it once you have one year with the network and recharge with R29 for six month. I have that but l never qualify for it. I called the call centre to look up to it. They logged the quiry two weeks back and thw following week l received the sms saying problem is solsolved while is not been solved. Now l asked myself why they to me? I keep on calling find rude agents and pwolpewho promise to call me back and they dont. WHY VODACOM?
