My boyfriend ordered 2 combo deals from mtn and well since then all we have received is the wrong product, bad service, no feedback and now we have to pay for a contract we did not even order.
We originally wanted the samsung pocket with the camera 100 top up yet we only received the phone and the 50 top up. We struggled from the 3 Sept to 13 Sept 2013 before the sales person actually got into contact and then argued that we only ordered the phone and 50 top up. Its been a week since we returned the product and we have not received any feedback as to if or when they will send the right contract. Whats even worse, mtn expects us to pay for the 50 top up that they buggered up. I find this very unprofessional and the sales person has the audacity to get irritated and rude because we keep phoning to sort out the problem.
We phoned today and it was told they would get back to us yet I am still waiting to get the information I need, but as a usual routine they never do get back to me so once again I have to phone tomorrow and see if anything is sorted out.. I have no phone and yet have to pay for it. The debit order went off today but it was arranged for the 7th of every month...
