Spec Savers Canal Walk has the worse customer service I've ever came across.
I ordered contact lenses on the 10 Sept, the woman I spoke to was extremely rude and in a rush to get me off the phone and not very helpful when being asked about the product I was enquiring about. A week later I HAD TO CALL THEM BACK to find out if my lenses has arrived to find out the woman I spoke to ordered the wrong stuff and for the wrong person with a similar name.
Again I try ordering them and the consultant I spoke to was nice and friendly and patiently. Only problem was that she promised to call me back to let me know when it should be in she just needs to check with the suppliers. I am still waiting on her call. I called today oit of frustration only to be told its I will only receive it in another week due to a back log. What I don't understand is why they cannot let their customers know?
