4 Sept - I phoned to sign up for ADT service. While I was talking to the person, they hanged up on me after about 5 minutes of giving them all my information. I phoned again and there was no record of my conversation and they had to start all over again. I was promised the sales representative (Andre Mey) is coming over the next day to assess and quote
5 Sept - Nobody showed up as promised or even phoned to cancel.
12 Sept - I phoned Andre, and his phone is unanswered. I send him an SMS asking why I haven't received a quote yet. I was told a quote has already been send, but he'll send it again. I received an email minutes later with a quote and accepted it immediately. Asked that they should get us up and running as soon possible. The sales person said he'll come with a contract the next day.
13 Sept - Andre came over and had me sign the contract. He said they'll be installing the Radio the next week as it's Friday already.
19 Sept - ADT phoned saying they're coming to install the device on the Monday. I reminded them it should've been done this week already as promised, and their reply was we've only just received the order
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RESPOND TO AN EMERGENCY???
