Lackberry defective again

Had a contract on a blackberry 9320 taken in Feb 2013 . First day the phone was faulty after a week took the phone to gateway which is approximately 80kms from where I live had the to wait another week to receive a new phone as it had to go to jhb to be checked. Travelling back and forth is expensive now the phone is defective again goes off on its own doesn't charge @times Neva had problems with other fines like this before. I don't want this bead quality phone anymore vodacom either can cells my contract with no costs incurred to me or renew thephone I refuse to accept a refurbished phone which will be faulty again. Not even a year and this junk phone is faulty again. I want a response or I'm going to take this matter further stop riiping customers off with this poor quality blackberrys
