I had problems with my BB since last year and I still have not been able to resolve it. Replaced my new BB with a defective refurbished phone. Refusing to do the right thing to replace it. I had to go so far as to cancel my contract with Vodacom. My husband and daughter are still on contract with them. Vodacom is treating their customers as if they are the only service provider out there. Spoke to quite a few people at my work and not one of them are completely happy with Vodacom. I will not stop until they have done right by me. I had enough of big companies with the attitude we are big and you are small!!!
