SOFT LOCK ON ACCOUNT - NOT CLIENTS FAULT

Our account was on my boyfriends bank account for a debit order in February we applied that the contract be put on my name and this was declined. We then asked to change the banking details from the end of March to mine as i am the person responsible for paying this account. The forms was send to Nashua Vaal who on there turn send this to Head Office. This is where everything started. The debit information was changed to mine in February already after stating it needed to be changed for March and not February. On teh 10th of March my boyfriend went and draw cash from his account under the impression that all his debit orders whent through including Nashua mobile that was still suppose to go off for the last month from his account. After 2 days the cellphone number was locked and we were told that the debit order did not go through. I spoke to the credit controller at that point in time it was Faziela Woods and made an arrangement that we will pay the amount off and I am doing this. Eversince then i had problems keeping my line open for Nashua's fault. My current credit controller do not care and is very stubben and closes it time after time. I need this sorted out NOW!
