Product good, but VERY BAD attitude toward clients

I was told I could have as many devices connected as wished. I made a deal with my neighbour to share the costs, he would connect 2 phones to the connection. I was told I would get 2meg download speed when I bought the package. In reality I only got 1meg if that. The connection was never stable and it was slow to say the least. I wrote another email to them complaining about the speed, I did make them aware that my neighbour had 2 phones connected. He is not a game player or a serial downloader, I made sure of that. The response from Cape Connect was absolutely shocking, 1st got an email that was so arrogant and showed off with lots of IT/internet jargon, which a layman would never understand. I was speechless!! got another email from them accusing me of being a!!!

Below is the final paragraph from the email I received, it makes for good reading.

"The fact that the neighbour was previously using your uncapped connection now explains why you were complaining about speed. You only had a certain amount of "pipe" assigned to your account, and it seems you have been giving it all away to other people. The truth will out sooner or later."

UNBELIEVABLE!!!
