Kawuleza is suppose to provide me with a 1Meg line speed with a "contention ratio" of 20:1... which I was promised can download YouTube and Skype clearly with no delays; and do VOIP without any problem. I have checked the line speed with their speed test and another independent site they tested with and can confirm very bad line speeds with screenshots. Sometimes the line would be close to 1Meg with a ping rate of below 50ms, and then I can use Skype normally. I have logged several requests to get this rectified and they just do not resolve this problem reliably.
