Unreliable connection

I am a client of ISP MWEB for their 1MB uncapped package.from when ASDL was introduced in South Africa
They still cannot provide a stable reliable connection.

NEW CUSTOMERS PLEASE TAKE NOTE:
MWEB changed their policy approx. 4months ago and are throttling their clients.

You will receive a mail prior to the throttling process that stipulates that you are putting strain on their network and you will experiencing slower speeds until your usage stabilizes (...which takes approx 7 days)
You will be throttled to a unusable speed approx 100k (cannot test speed online due to connectivity to low)

They continue with an offer to upgrade your package to a more expensive package
The joke is that if you are paying more you are no longer putting strain on their network
If you phone them regarding this process you will get the answer..."sorry, the process is automated " and there is nothing they can do

New customers in SA: Rather choose AFRIHOST, AXXESS, FNB connect or Web africa.

To MWEB: Please supply the service that we are paying for... In my case a 1Meg speed, UNCAPPED service.By throttling you are changing these parameters
