THE NETWORK... It is hard to believe it can get worse but it does. Over the last 3 weeks I have phd 155 regularly to report that one cannot use the network. I have had all sorts of excuses. The final straw was to be told that my computer had a virus and was sending spam., so I had it scanned R250 and it was quite clean and then when I wanted to contact Customer Services I get a recorded voice saying "I have used my allocation of calls and can only call again after the 2/10" This must be the pits in service. I also bought 2Gig data which expired today as I cannot use the network. I was assured that it would be extended.
It would appear that VODACOM are good takers but LOUSY service providers, untrained, inefficient and incapable of acting on their word.
The CEO should look to his customer base. THIS HAS TAKEN 3 ATTEMPTS TO CONNECT!!!
