I have previously returned by BB Bold 9900 on three separate occasions in the last year and the latest is the fourth. I cannot explain to you the frustration I feel as the unreliability of the device is negatively effecting doing business. I had requested on two previous occasions to be given a different handset model as the 9900 is too unstable and unreliable. This was laughed off and ignored. Now I am again without a working phone which can receive emails and Vodacare act as if they could not care. What can be done to permanently solve this? The device has proven to be terrible and the normal course of action to repair is not effective.
