Call limit reached for new month without using it

Every month my call limit gets renewed. I have apparently reached that limit without actually using it. My bill appears to apparently have R24 charge on it inspite of my call limit being reached. After calling the call center several times not knowing different reasons as to why there is a problem and a promise of getting back to me, I am still without access 3days later.

They too take your data which you have paid for, with call centers telling you it is part of policies and procedures.
