I recieved a call from a Vodacom consultant to change my package and he advised that i will still have the airtime that i had on my phone. On the 01/05/2013 i was on the smart package but my airtime of R1046 was gone. When i call customer service i was told that i forfeited my airtime, a query was lodge and the consiltant gave me ref no: 290345353 and was advised that someone will get back to me in 24hrs. I called againg on the 0352013 to follow up on my query but no query was lodged, another query was lodged and given another ref no;S3-TP22W-WLGII and that i will be given a call in 24hrs. To date i have had no one call me for an update & when i call im told that they are still busy with my query & there is no turnaround time. The service is pathertic & i want all my contracts closed and my airtime reimbursed. You cant even speak to a manager cause they are always not available.
