OVER CHARGE ON MY ACCOUNT

I called in last month to say that i am being overbilled for my contract and I spoke to several different consultants, I am on a R119 to up contract and I am paying R169!!! I have enquired about this numerous times and I was told they can not find the fault. I want this sorted out immediately and I want a credit payed into my bank account!!!

This is unacceptable.
