No 3G Connection

I submitted a report in May 2013 regarding little or no 3g connection in the Kuils River area. Vodacom committed to install a booster in my house to improve the connection. Someone by the name of Nelson contacted me on 2 Sept to confirm installation date on 7 Sept. I received an sms on 6 Sept from him to state that he will not be coming anymore. To date I have not heard from Nelson or even a follow up call from Vodacom
