About a month ago i sent a email to mtn telling them about the poor reception i have at home and that i struggle to connect to the internet and receive calls. Having to rush outside every time. I received a call 3 weeks later and the person said to me that he would contact me back the friday to make a appointment for the monday to come have a look at the problem. Never got the call back. We have two business and need the internet for our websites as well to speak to clients. I proceeded to email the problem email again. And now i have still not heard anything. This is the first time that i am experiencing such bad response from mtn. I surely do not want to leave mtn as a client.
