I joined Virgin mobile recently and am concerned about the amounts that are being taken off my account for my cellphone contract. I contacted the customer care line this morning and spent over half an hour being transferred from department to department trying to get them to send me a breakdown of my accounts.
I fail to understand how the consultants can not know which department handles this??
I also asked them to check if the limit that was set for my data when I bought my phone was still working. They explained to me that even if I set a limit, they will continue to charge me thereafter. This does not make any sense??
