Last week on the 5th of jan i applied for vehicle financed and was told there is a default listing on my name from virgin mobile for R149.00. i tried to phone customer care and was transferred to collection department after holding 30 minutes i put the phone down. i then send an email to customer care only to receive a reply 3 days later saying there is a default listing and i must phone customer care. i replied and said someone must phone me as i am not wasting any more time and money on this. 3 days later today someone from Headoffice phones me and told me the account has been handed over and i need to phone them on 031 310 1802. when i phoned them they have no record of me. again i phoned customer care to be put through to collection department and your uneducated incompetent call centre staff told me the account was handed over i explained to her several times the account is not with them and again she told me it was handed over. i then requested to speak to a supervisor and she put the phone down in my ear. I am an attorney and it is cositng me valuable time and money to resolve this so now i refuse to pay the outstanding amount due to the inconvenience caused.
