I have taken a contract with 8ta for a cell phone, but was given the incorrect contract. I have beeen to the store over 20 times in January to have them correct it, but they fail to do so. I have called the call centre who advise me that only the store can correct it, but at the store they can not fix it as they say it is an internal problem. It has been over a month and they can not fix the problem. This is the 1st contract I have ever taken with them and I will never advise anyone to take a contract with them. Why is this so difficult for a company of this size to resolve? The randburg telkom branch is usless as a service provider and as a client i feel so helpless.
