Today I had a billing inquiry with the Telkom Bloemfontein call centre.
Antoinette could not solve my questions and promised that her supervisor will call me by 14:00 today still.
Being sceptical, as I have become disillusioned with Telkom's countless empty promises; I asked what will happen if the supervisor does not phone me by 14:00.
She insisted that she will phone me herself then. It is 15:30 now and I phoned Telkom again to follow-up: only to hear that Antoinette left for the day at 14:30.
I wasted another 50 minutes of my life on your call centre today. Why can Telkom not seem to take any accountability?
