I have a Cell C phone and the netowrk connectivity is shocking. I am unable to make proper calls 50% of the time, unable to connect to the internet and often have "reception" but no one can get hold of me.
I complained via the website, via the custserv email and have sent details, screenshots etc of my problem and yet I have had no one revert. It has been over 2 weeks since I complained via various Cell C channels (I did get one reference SN 1308050000170340) and still no one has contacted me.
I can not rely on this cell phone and it is downright dangerous not to be able to receive and make calls (I have had armed response not being able t oget hold of me due to Cell C).
