After having a technical enquiry, as to why when I download transaction history from internet banking, that the download returns no data, I called the call centre and had to send an email to ABSA Technical. I then received a reference number telling me that a consultant will contact me as soon as possible. After no response I forwarded this email back to ABSA Technical whereupon I was then requested to email screen prints relating to my problem. I have since, heard nothing. Each time you email, you get a different reference and a new person dealing with the problem. Even when calling in today, the consultant could not even look up my reference to see what the status of my problem is. One can also not get through to the person who actually replied, so every time you have to re-report the problem and reference and hope that someone gets back to you, which never happens. Talk about going round in circles with problems not being resolved!
