Our level 3 engineers working on the problem

Tick tock, tic tock...

I have clients/users in the 400's mark without email for two days. this is the second time this month...

The guys at Ample Hosting are shockingly bad, they keep saying one of our level 3 engineers are working on the problem - tick, tock - tick, tock...

never to hear from them, they don't call you and update you and we as customers are not allowed to speak to them. They said I must log a call from an alternative email address as ours is down, send the email, comes back to say, "you have sent this email from an address that is not on our system. you call will be placed into a non monitored queue for assistance -!!!

The worst part is that when the VPS was down, none of my clients domains where even resolvable over the internet... this is very poor and I would never recommend them to anyone... I moved from Circle hosting due to this same issue...
