Very disapointed

I upgraded my cell phone contract last week and got a Samsung S3 Mini, there is nothing wrong with the phone I just was not satisfied with how it works. I have had phones with keypads all my life and struggled with the size of the qwerty keyboard on this phone. I have 2 children and don't have time to just get used to it, I cannot communicate with anyone it frustrates me that I am unable to type a message the keypad is to small. I went to Vodacom as a customer for a solution to my problem I would have been happy if they switched the phone to a blackberry which is much cheaper than the S3 but the sales lady just kept on wanting to sell me a pen worth R200 if I wanted I pen I would go to a stationary shop; I asked to see the manager/supervisor of the shop but was told that there is not use in me speaking to him/her it would not help. I do understand that I used the phone but still I expect service from my service provider. I have 4 contracts with Vodacom and have been a loyal customer; they could have at least tried to help me. Now I am stuck with a phone for 2 years that I don't even like.
