Sort out mistake only to create an even bigger one

Upgrade completed at the head office over the phone. Insurance should have been updated at the time, IT WASN'T. iNSURANCE CLAIM IN JULY... insurance claim approved with a pay in of R2433.00 because phone was under insured. To cut a long story short a letter was written to Finrite and it was accepted that Autopage was at fault and they agreed to waiver the payin on the phone. The condition was that the difference in the insurance premium would be backdated and the amount added to the account instead. More than a week ago I contacted Autopage with regards to an sms that was received, stating that the line would be suspended. I explained that the amount was for the insurance payin and I was promised that a credit would be requested. Today an sms was recieved again and the line suspended. When I called in I was shunted from pillar to post and promised a call back as the query was still pending. I am still waiting and my business line is suspended because Autopage can't deliver what they sell namely COMMUNICATION. NOT JUST BETWEEN THE CLIENT AND THEMSELVES BUT WITHIN THEIR OWN RANKS. I am in actual fact in credit but I am still suspended!!!
