Cellphone under warrantee not repaired

In January i handed my Blackberry cellphone in for repairs, as the scroller button did not work, at The MTN centre at Century City, after a week i was contacted and told to collect the unit where i was told that it was physically damaged and that i will have to pay for the repair, as explained by Genette Terblanche. After a few weeks i decided to take it back as the explanation to me made no sense, the second time i got it back the report said that someone else worked on the phone and the guarantee is now null and void, upon collecting the unit i was adamant that nobody worked on the unit but MTN only, and handing it in for the third time, Paul Middleton contacted me and mentioned that it had Water damage and cannot be repaired.
I wrote by E-mail and mentioned me being sent around driving far distances and everytime they use an excuse not to repair my Unit, and Simone Redfern from MTN offered to send me to a outside company to have my unit repaired
I feel that this treatment is uncalled for, they passed the buck as far as my cellphone was concerned and i was sent around trying to get help as it was under warrantee, but in this case will terminate my contract with MTN in future
