Purchase phone on day one, returned phone handset faulty, phone was taken in and after 6 days i was informed another handset would be ordered, after 3 days i was still waiting and yet no handset was available. I informed them that i will be cancelling the contract but when i went to cancel the manager and 4 sales assisstants become verbally abusive, threatening me with security and police after i requested proof of cancellation. Though till date the contract has "supposedly" been cancelled yet i still have no proof of cancellation. THE STAFF IS ABRUPTLY RUDE AND ABUSIVE I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SHOULD SHOP THERE! I AM TAKING THIS MATTER FURTHER! IF ANYONE HAS THE BRANCH OWNER NUMBER PLEASE RESPOND.
