Never mind poor service -NO SERVICE

We signed contracts for a certain amount and double that amount has been billed since June. Empty promises. NO SERVICE accept Renolgy tried and got the credit approved, if only she followed up. As still to date, we are overcharged every month.

I refer to below query outstand the telephone conversation that took place between my wife and Ronalgy Makhanya from Autopage head office. She is the only one even the branch manager did not offer service or solutions.

After the below e-mails, Autopage Head Office contacted my wife and agreed that Autopage would pay -R 1525.23 cash back to us in our account and they said it would take about 2 weeks, to date the amount has not been paid back. This is once again terrible service and to make it worse the cell phone service is still suspended. I can't understand why it is still suspended because Autopage owes us money???

This total lack of action tells me that Autopage is not willing to uphold their end of the contract.
We cant even comprehend that Vodacom would associate themselves with a company like this.
