My phone have now been in for repairs for SIX WEEKS! They could not repair the original problem, and I had to buy a R400 battery. BUT I have not received my phone form Vodacom to test if it actually was the battery that was faulty. TWICE it came back whit a TOTALLY NEW PROBLEM, not related to the first issue. Its been sent to the Repairs centre THREE times! Yes you phoned me once - and no followup - and I got one email, I replied and never got a reply on that. I am really frustrated at this point. I have not received an update on my phone since last Friday morning. I phoned the repair centre and they tell me my phone is no longer there. The no they gave me to followup does not exist. I would like my phone back in a working condition - no problems that didn't exist before - or I want a new phone that is equal to or better than my phones specks. SIX WEEKS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!
