Debit for none existing contract

Hello

I am getting an extreme unacceptable response from Vodacom. In July I took a S3 galaxy Samsung contract phone with them and I cancel the contract in 3 three days due to unsatisfactory of their service. They came to collect the phone on the 27 July 2013.
The phone was still inside the box and all the accessories that came with it. According to their T&C I do not owe them because I did not used their sim card (airtime) and I cancel the contract within 14 days.
To my surprise, they debited the money end of the month and August they debited again. I called them several times to deposit my money back, but still they continue without fear. So now I'm paying for a contract phone that I don't have. All these months they have been inconveniencing me. I have been waiting for their consultant to call me even today. Its more than two months now. I took a reference number with the last call and the reference number is S3-S0622-277LG.
