Referring to the REQ:1809705 from Nomonde, I have still not received any positive feedback, I was now at the MTN shop where I booked in the Tab for repairs and they told me that the repair centre has "repaired" the unit after it has been booked in for a 4th time for the same fault. I requested the previous time that I want the unit replaced since(still under waranty) the repair centre has no clue on how to repair this unit. Two debit orders went off my account for MTN and still no Tab in sight. Is MTN waisting my time and how much more man hours are they going to pay this technician to try and repair the same unit for the x amount of times.
the below was the last comment from MTN, that was on Monday 25th February and no one has given any feedback.
