Fourth Blackberry in the space of a yea

I honestly am at my wits end with this darn phone. In the past year alone, have taken my Blackberry 9900 (supposedly one of the best smart phones) into Vodaworld for repairs a total number of 4 times. I was issued a new device and a promise that the phone would function at its optimum each time, yet each phone has never failed to let me down within the space of a month. Bear in mind that I am on the Blackberry Talk 100 package and every time my phone has gone in for repairs, I have had to use a random phone with no internet access which led to me having to spend additional money for me to be able to check my e-mails, yet my account is being debited every month. What on earth is going on with these phones and why can't you just get the things to work!!! When i initially signed this contract, I was promised a fully functional phone through which I would be able to send and receive my e-mails at a cost that would be incorporated into my monthly payments. Me having to spend additional money I do not have at internet cafes I feel is a breach of contract on Blackberrys' end.
